Instructions

Cook potatoes in a 4 quart pan 1/2 full of water. Drain.
Beat butter and eggs til smoothe. Add cheeses; mix. Add potatoes; mix.
Add pepper and sausage; mix.
Butter a baking dish and put bread crumbs on bottom. Add potato mixture
and top with alittle more bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or til browned on top.
